A South Florida native, Ms. Rubin earned both her undergraduate and law degree from the University of Miami.  Ms. Rubin excelled in law school as the Executive Editor for the Psychology, Public Policy, and Law Journal and was an active member of the Honor Council.  While in law school, she also had the opportunity to gain valuable experience as a law clerk at Maltzman Foreman in the firm’s various practice areas.  Ms. Rubin currently focuses on maritime defense litigation, handling passenger and crew claims.
